1.Ireland, Fergus, Co. Clare, Ireland, hotel 5*

Positions:
-Full Time Room Service Waiter/Waitress (candidate will be responsible for all room service deliveries and collection to a 5 star standard. He/she will ensure the room service station is fully prepared at all times. He/she will assist with Afternoon Tea and Gallery Menu Service.  He/she will be involved in setting up and assisting with tea/coffee breaks for meetings. He/she will assist in the Fine Dining Restaurant when the need arises.)
-Full Time Fine Dining Waiters/Waitresses (candidate will be responsible for own station in the Fine Dining Restaurant during service time. He/she will carry out pre service and after service duties. He/she will ensure the guests are looked after in a timely and efficient manner. He/she will assist with private dining service that takes place in the Castle.)
-Full Time Demi Chef de Partie in Pastry (candidate will be responsible for production and presentations of desserts to a 5 star standard and the production of breads. He/she will be involved in the smooth running of the pastry kitchen; opening and closing procedures. He/she will assist in other sections of the resort’s kitchens when required.)
-Full Time Commis Chef (candidate will be responsible for food preparation in the assigned section of the kitchen. He/she will maintain a high level of personal and operative hygiene. He/she will assist in other sections of the Resort’s kitchens when required.)
 
Hotel provides: accommodation, meals and some uniform items free of charge
Working hours: 40 hrs/ week
Salary: from 1100 -2950 Eur/month (depends on previous experience and qualification)
Contract: 6-12 months with a possibility to prolong. All year round
 
2.Ireland, Mayo, Spa, conference hotels 4*

Positions:   
-Waiter/waitress
-Room attendant
Working hours: 40 hrs/week
Requirements: 18-35 y.o., good English, previous experience
Salary: 1120-1200 Eur/month
Contract: 6-12 months. All year round
Free meal and accommodation

3.Ireland, Co.Monaghan, hotels 4*

Positions:
-Kitchen Porter – €9.80 per hour
-Commi Chef – €10.00 per hour
-Chef De Partie – €11.50 per hour
-Massage Therapist – €10.50 per hour
-Night Porter – €10.00 per hour    
Working hours: 40 hrs/week
Requirements: 18-35 y.o., good English, previous experience
Contract: 6 months. All year round
Accommodation: approx. 60 Eur/week, including all bills and meals on duty.
